I was told this years ago when I was pregnant with my eldest Son, so I spent most of my pregnancy consuming fish! At the end of the day, I thought it was worth a shot as it can't do any harm.
The only thing that I was advised to take, but didn't have the stomach for was sea-weed, somehow it didn't quite appeal to me!
