Are illegal Gangs prevelant in Philippines? What are the laws governing Gangsters? How many local Philippines Gangs are there and do any of them have ties to foregin illegal gangs?

There are a lot of gangs in the Philippines and gang wars. But the oldest and notorious gangs are Sigue Sigue Sputnik, Batang city Jail and Bahala na Gang, with roots in the national penitentiary. As to ties with international gangs, they probably have ties with the Triad since they are all involved with drug running.
