LEBANON TO RECEIVE WEAPONS SHIPMENT FROM U.S.

Lebanese forces battling Islamic militants inside Lebanon will be resupplied by a shipment of U.S. military ammunition, which is expected to arrive within two days, senior U.S. officials told CNN on Thursday.

I do not agree with this guy. We (the USA) did not instigate this civil war here in Lebanon. We did not tell the hezbollah to strike and last I have heard we have not been in the art of terrorism. Maybe this guy is a hezbollah supporter who is running his mouth to get more young people to join a terroristic type group.

I wouldnt quite call whats going on in Lebanon as civil war. The USA unfortunately has everything to do with the crisis in Lebanon. After the resignation of Emile Lahoud and the withdrawal of the opposition ministers from government (making the Government unconstitutional) and mass rallies in Beirut calling for a complete revamp of the political system, the only thing that has kept Fioud Siniora in power has been the unwavering US support he has enjoyed USD1.3billion to be exact.

During the current crisis it is clear that the USA blessed the cabinet decisions to freeze Hezbollahs telecommunications network and fire Fire General Wafiq. This can be clearly seen from Lieutenant General Martin Dempsey visit to Beirut.
