There in lies the issue he openly disregarded order and was a known heroine addict! Nothing could have been done? The statement is absurd what they should be saying is she is dead because we chose to do nothing about it. Summers should have been locked up period.

Heroine addicts are not known as law abiding citizens that are stable as far as I know so the court decide to release a person they knew would not obey the lay and had no regard for it. How could they have expected any other out come then what happened.

Lawsuits should be filed on this and judges fired.

Nothing could be done? Well I am sure that is going to make everyone with a restraining order or no contact order feel all nice and safe now. This sets a very bad precedence for those responsible to ensure the safety of others. There is a reason that a no contact order was put into effect. IF you know someone will not abide by that order they sit their butt in jail. That is my thought on that. Now we have a young lady who is dead because they knew he would not abide by the order.
