Someone does not like the connection being made from the rioters to the officials both in and outside of the capitol. I hope the new director, whomever that is, will go deep with the investigation.

FBI offers $100K reward for info about pipe bombs placed night before Capitol riots. The FBI on Friday released new images and details related to two pipe bombs discovered at the time of the Capitol riots Jan. 6 and increased the potential reward for information from $75,000 to $100,000. An unknown individual placed the bombs at the Republican National Committee and Democratic National Committee headquarters in Washington the night of Jan. 5, the FBI said. Source 6q.

6 more people associated with extremist Oath Keepers — residents of Florida, N.C. And Ohio — are charged in Capitol riot conspiracy case. Six more defendants, including two married couples, were added to a federal conspiracy case Friday accusing associates of the para-military Oath Keepers group with coordinating their alleged roles in the deadly assault on the Capitol last month. One of them allegedly wrote online before the assault: "Trump said It's gonna be wild!! ... He wants us to make it WILD that's what he's saying." Ref. USAToday.
