As someone who works in child care, it's exhausting. I have not been able to build a relationship with the parents of the kids in my classroom, which is essential with providing consistency of care and communicating needs and concerns. Also, staffing is effected because we are not able to go into just any classroom to cover for people who may be out for some reason or another.
It's been stressful, to say the least.
