Its not a 100% so if you were raised well it is more likely that you will turn out well later in life BUT there are so many external things that come into your life that can change all that in a second.

Yes you can have a happy childhood. It doesn't matter if you are raised by a parent or not. Having a happy child life will put you in a good mood.
