People from Alaska who always talk about the cold as though it really is all that cold up there, so that you feel pity on them when they are losing. They come up with some excuse like "My fingers were cold and I pressed Fortify by mistake, I really meant to attack".

It really sucks because of poor excuses. Though perhaps the cold is freezing the blood and making some forgetful. *Puts toque back on.*

It really stinks as I do not play it as much as I should.

What really sucks is when, in addition to dealing with freezing pipes and 40below weather you're playing a stupid game that has a mind of it's own. I will get the hang of it though. I know I did not click end turn in the middle of fortifying my forces, but oh well. I'm calling this one a practice game anyway.

Yeah, they would freeze their toes and other extremities off.
and for the record, I don't need the cold for a reason to complain, but put me on a Carribbean Island and I would have no worries, no cares, it would all be good.

(and warming up here? yeah, I suppose 25 below is quite a bit warmer than 40 below)

I can hear it now I got heat rash and was too busy scratching . Yes -25 is a bit warmer then -40.

But I bet it is warm in the house so no cold excuses really matter. *Waits for the lack of sunlight to be used*
