I saw this on a Discovery documentary about this Catholic Priest that uses the Matrix theme to recruit the youth. What do you think?

Like I siad I saw it on Discovery. He was quite humble about it and just wanted to use it as an excuse to recruit youth into his belief system.

Wow that is one of the most creative things I have ever heard a Catholic Priest do. I do have to admit that it would be very attractive to the younger generation and anything to introduce them to God has to be a good thing.

Not much into the religious aspect and not sure I agree that I would use a movie to rope in kids, seems kind of deceptive to me.

I would not refer to it as deceptive. It is not like the priest went out and bought a costume to wear, it is his natural attire and its the movie that borrowed that from the priest, not the other way around.
