El Pecos used to be a buffet style restaurant. After being closed for months because of government restrictions they decided to get a license as a grocery and call themselves a market. This enabled them to also sell packed food. However, the government saw this as trying to bypass laws. Do you think that the government is out to get people trying to make a buck or is it that people are becoming creative to circumvent the law?
