I personally do not like cable as it is full of advertisement in the programming which is supposed to pay for the broad casting costs, yet I have to pay for it. The obscene programs that is brign into one home is also more then distasteful.

Why can I not skip basic cable that has 5 channels showing the Simpsons or some crappy reality show at the same time when all I really want is a few specialty channels like space or history or a science program. Hey you like I will give you 30 a month for that and just keep the rest to your self.
