I just attempted to do it and I was almost sure I could but no, it's true you cannot! That's a very interesting piece of information, I will make sure to tell my nephews and nieces about it, who knows even tell them that whoever does it they will get a dollar.

I have seen a person lick his elbow but he popped his arm out of socket to do it. I think that hurt more than his satisfaction. I will be happy not being able to do that.
