I really like Tom Sizemore as an actor, especially his roles in war movies such as 'Saving Private Ryan' and 'Black Hawk Down'. According to the article he was sobbing and begging for the judge to be more lenient. It is truly sad to see good actors get themselves in these types of situations.

It is a sad situation, but its his own fault. I am so tired of actors and other celebrities getting special treatment because they are famous. I personally am glad that he has to pay the piper for not serving the terms of his probation. Good for the judge!
