BRIDGETOWN, Barbados (BGIS): Barbados is interested in strengthening relations with the Philippines. Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and International Business, Donville Inniss, told this to the Philippines special envoy, Ambassador Terestia Barsana, when they held talks on Monday.
