Donald Trump

This is one lucky waiter! Obviously Donald was in a good mood this time.

international QUOTE
Donald Trump isn't a cheapskate when it comes to good service.

The real-estate mogul left a $10,000 tip on an $82.27 bill Monday at a restaurant in Santa Monica, Calif., Derober.com reports.

Billy D., a waiter at the Buffalo Club, got the gargantuan tip after the Donald complimented him on his dinner service, Derober.com reported. Trump and a colleague had dined on pasta and soup with cappuccinos for dessert.

"What's the biggest tip you ever got?" Trump reportedly asked Billy.

"Jerry Bruckheimer comes in a lot," Billy responded. "He tipped me $500 on a $1,000 check once."

"You"Re very good at your job," Trump then told the waiter…

Trump Donald

I think Donald Trump is okay in my books. A wealthy shrewd business man with a heart of gold. I remember watching an episode of his show, "The Apprentice," and one of the contestants asked him to confirm this story. Mr Trump's car broke down and someone who was passing by in a car decided to help him out. Evidently, the guy was successfully in fixing Mr Trump's car and of course, Mr Trump was grateful. So grateful that he paid off the man's mortgage on his house and had the certificate of ownership presented to him. The guy could hardly believe his luck and was eternally grateful. I suspect Mr Trump incorporates Karma as a business philosophy: "What you give out, you get back!" It is nice to see someone so generous with his money. My only gripe with Mr Trump is, he has a gigantic ego. Whatever you do in life, never cross or criticize Mr Trump!

It seems like this story was an hoax or a publicity stunt done by the restaurant to get publicity. rolleyes.gif

QUOTE
The Donald isn't so generous after all.

The blogger behind a receipt purportedly showing a $10,000 tip left earlier this week by Donald Trump at a California restaurant told FOXNews.com Friday it was a fake, after the real-estate mogul denied he left the gargantuan gratuity.

Blogger "Dee Rober" said his site is strictly a "satirical celebrity gossip blog." It does, however, contain a feature called "Celebrity Gratuity," in which readers are asked to share "celeb tipping stories - good and bad."

On Thursday, Derober.com reported that Trump left a $10,000 tip for waiter Billy D. on an $82.27 bill at the Buffalo Club, an eatery owned by "Miami Vice" producer Anthony Yerkovich in Santa Monica, Calif.

When contacted Thursday by FOXNews.com, Dee Rober said in an e-mail, "We interviewed the waiter who received the $10,000 tip -- h [sic] didn't have a lot to say, kinda shy." The blogger also sent a link to a YouTube video purportedly featuring the waiter.

The blogger's comments came Friday as Trump blamed the forgery on the restaurant...

While rich, it seems as though Donald finds himself in similar situations as many in the world right now.

Top lender accuses developer of missing loan deadline

The lead lender on the Trump Tower is accusing Donald Trump of missing a loan payment.

Ring the bell. Looks like Donald Trump and his lenders will go another round in their financing fight at the Chicago high-rise.

The lead lender on the Trump International Hotel & Tower is suing Donald Trump, seeking to collect on a $40-million personal guarantee the developer made on the 92-story structure, according to Crain's.

Citing chicagorealestatedaily.com, Crain's said Deutsche Bank Trust Co. Americas filed the suit Friday in Manhattan's New York state court, alleging Trump didn't pay off a remaining $334.2 million loan due on Nov. 7 to Deutsche Bank and its syndicate of lenders.

Earlier this month, Trump filed his own suit against Deutsche Bank and its syndicate, accusing them on not allowing an extention of a Nov. 7 deadline of the $640-million loan for the project.

I am sorry Donald, YOU'RE FIRED...

That is unless you come up with that 330 million! OUCH

Trump Donald

He must really like the guy, but does giving such tips make sense? When you tip so big the guy does not want to be a waiter anymore and you lose the service. You have to pay them just enough to keep working, but not too much that they want to leave.

America: It's time to dump Trump

Obama ABC News was shocked to learn that Obama was all too eager to talk about Donald Trump during a recent interview. They shouldn't be surprised - anyone pushing the ridiculous birther theory is a friend to Obama because it's the only issue The President wins on (and rightfully so) in 2012. What did Obama say about Trump? Ref. Source 6
