Who in your opinion portrayed the role of Superman on television / cinema the best?

Hands down, I believe Christopher Reeves did the best job as Superman. His portrayal of Clark Kent is the best I have seen, because Clark was supposed to be the clumsy, nerdy news person, and he did a great job at this. The TV series with Terri Hatcher was ok. I forget the actor's name who played SuperMan but he was just a 'pretty face', and really wasn't believable as Clark Kent. I haven't seen the other TV series where Clark is younger, but the actor who plays him doesn't compare to Reeves in my opinion.

The actor from "Lois and Clark" was Dean Cain.

Christopher Reeves was the best Superman / Clark Kent in my opinion as well.

Christopher Reeves is definitely the best superman portrayal.

None of the other actors come even close to playing the part as well as he did. I was around 9 or 10 when these films came out at the cinema, but they have left a good impression, and can still remember how popular superman was, and obviously still is even today.

Comments: Christopher Reeve definitely! Ironically, I think he portrayed it best in Superman 3. He was at his peak physically, and the serious acting as bad supes added to his personas!
