I might have to go over this one again but my first thought is that the image in the middle seems to move (or that could just be me waking up!) or if you look at it long enough the white circles look like rows of light and the black kind of makes a back ground?

Took me a bit to get it. At fist I just seen a fuzzy checker board then realized it looks like circles as well. Head ache today must be affecting my perception.
