See I struggle with the two albums Mr roboto and the grand illusion. One being espionage in wwII the other the whole under ground idea. Now being a flat or single dimension throws me back to the Idea of radar which I had a while back but ruled out since it only came about in the WWII era.

SO back to the record heap for me.

I know there was a song called radar rider but not sure if that was styx song.

The only other thing I can come up with is a projector for the old news reels.

I must admit the radar still is the only connection I see but it was founded in the 40's which was ruled out already as it is in the 1920 or 1930's this item originated. Though initial work began in the 30 but is based on sound.

We can see it is is not a gas but closer to a solid (sounds to me like light). This item can be and is one dimensional.

So it must be time as all other items have more then one dimension.

Ie length width and depth.

But what is based on time.... that we create by our hands.

If it is something that has to do with time that will make it hard to figure out unless it is a time line but that is longer that just the 1930's. I do believe that radar was first introduced in britian in the 1930's if not the late 1920's but was under a different name. It was not really put to good use until WWII. That is why I went with it.

I serve less of a purpose than radar. Much less. You can look at me, perhaps evoke some memories and of course you can recreate me. But that is just about it. But I often will cause one to smile when they see me.
