BRIDGETOWN, Barbados: A senior Caribbean Community (CARICOM) official has explained the implications of the revised Treaty of Chaguaramas as regards the free movement of labour in the Caribbean. CARICOM Specialist Steven MacAndrew called on member countries to honour their obligations.
