SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico (Reuters): Popular Inc said its Puerto Rican banking unit Banco Popular has agreed to buy the third-party mortgage servicing rights from RG Mortgage Corp, a unit of RG Financial, for about $34 million. San Juan-based Popular said the deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter.
