I am sure the addiction factor alone should be reason enough to ban this stuff. let alone the effects of high caffeine levels. This is just legal methane Chrystal.

It is the same thing as drinking Alcohol and a red bull at the same time. I don't see how making it illegal will benefit anyone besides the other beer companies that are probably angry about the popularity of the sparks drink.

I believe that energy drinks need to be reigned in. The stuff they have in them can be potentially harmful on a young teen. The fact that they make them sound harmless is very misleading.

Name: Nick

Comments: I think that they are all right for kids that are 14 and up because it would teach them a good thing to not drive and drink so I think they should buy them without there parents if they give them permission sorry for my spelling but that is what I think.

Alcohol is not for kids under 21. There is a good reason for this. Many kids are not responsible enough to know not to drink and drive. They believe nothing bad is ever going to happen to them. We need to keep energy drinks especially those that have alcohol in them from kids. IF they want energy drinks let them wait till they are 18 to have them. Too many of these drinks have potentially harmful ingredients in them.
