That actually sounds somewhat disturbing.... Who am I kidding. Yes I would try it, but I would much rather have some Moose steak.

Rather off topic, but... Have you all seen how big those animals are? I would love to do some moose hunting.

I have to question how "famous" this is. Having lived in Alaska for 15 years I have never, ever heard of it. Some natives make jellied MOOSE nose, but I still would not call it famous in any way. It certainly is not a common dish.

Rather off topic, but... Quasar - I probably shouldn't tell you that there are moose in my yard all the time. We can go out our front door and hunt.
