Breakthrough
Fountain of Youth
Come and knock on her door -- she's got a fountain of youth for you. TV icon Suzanne Somers, who found fame as Chrissy in the sitcom "Three's Company," has never fully disappeared from the public eye. Somers became a successful pitchwoman for a range of products, including her famous promotion of the Thighmaster exercise device. She also has sold millions of books as a fitness and nutrition author. Now 61, Somers is back with a new book, "Breakthrough," about anti-aging medicine. The book is not without critics -- she advocates a hormone therapy that many doctors say is unproven and potentially dangerous. Despite the pushback, "Breakthrough" has already climbed to number 2 in the hardcover advice category of the New York Times. ABC News correspondent Lisa Fletcher sits down with Somers to talk about the controversy surrounding her book.

I would not buy deeply into what she does as surgery is not unknown to her. She just comes up with the ideas for monies. I am not saying some might work and be healthy just that she does not practice it.
The queen of the infomercial is at it again I see. I would want to see some tried and true research statistics before trying anything so risky. The fact that the book is already in the number 2 spot shows how some people will take any risk for a chance to regain their youth, even if it is a facade.
