Reuters - Singer Janet Jackson was rushed to a hospital with an unexplained illness minutes before a performance in Montreal on Monday night, and released after two hours with no public explanation on the cause of illness.

If there anything like the ER's here in Alaska most people leave 2 hours later without an explanation. I really do hope it was nothing serious and she recovers well.

It was probably a precautionary move. When money is no object you can run to to the hospital for a check up it you are feeling a bit out of sorts. She puts a lot of energy into her shows I imagine they would check her out for exhaution and or dehydration among other things.

Maybe she was worried that her latest wardrobe malfunction was not going to work correctly so she wanted to leave the show before it started.
