Made Born Leaders

Many people may be born with the qualities that make a great leader but do nothing to develop those qualities. Others are lacking in those qualities but make the effort to develop them. What makes a leader is doing something positive with the talents and skills that we are born with. Being born with leadership attributes does not automatically make you a leader. Taking some initiative and risks to step off the beaten path and forge ahead makes one a leader. A leader is one who cannot stand by and just let things happen, they make things happen. Often leaders are made out of adversity or necessity. In a time of crisis you see people come forward with leadership qualities they never even realized they had. Being born with leadership tendencies may give you an edge but a true leader is made through experience and overcoming challenges of life.
