Area Conference Reports

I love going over older Conference reports, but I have also found that some of the Area Conferences that were held in the 1970's onwards are a rich source of doctrine.

I am particularly looking for the report for the England Manchester Area Conference that was held in August 1971 but have scoured the Internet, LDS Library, Gospelink and the LDS Archives site and can't find it. I have even looked on eBay and Google books to see if I can purchase the the report.

Surely the Conference report must be at least available to purchase somewhere? I know that some people have copies of area conferences because I often see them cited. I wonder where they got them from? Any ideas?

If you are lucky to be in contact with a Ward in England that has not cleaned house yet you can find many of them. That is how I used to get copies of out of date publications by the Church.

Thanks for your response JB. Unfortunately I don't know anyone in England! I know that the church would have these Conference reports stored digitally somewhere, I'd wish that they'd make it available to the public.
