Comments: The uniforms of aircrews give the image of the company. Take Singapore Airlines for example. The pilots are provided with nice peak caps and suits whereas the cabin crews with nice and beautiful uniforms to blend. Once my business friends and I saw these crews, we said to ourselves how nice it would be flying with them.

Though a budget airline, Jetstar can likewise boost its image by providing proper peak caps and suits for its pilots at least so as to impress the traveling public. First impression is of vital importance and it will last a life time.

Looking forward to the management's urgent action.
