GEORGETOWN, Guyana: Guyana has reconsidered its position on the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA with the European Union (EU) and President Bharrat Jagdeo said he will be among the Bridgetown signatories come October 15. President Jagdeo said the EU has agreed in full to one of the two conditions.
