I just have a question my friend is Illegal and having a baby but the father is American citizen and the baby will be born in the US .... what kind of status will the mom have ...is she able to visit her country again and come back or I don't know ?

Would be nice if someone could help me

Mom Illegal

If the mother is illegal she should be deported. The baby will probably be given dual citizenship because the father is from the USA. She should go back and try to come back to the US legally. HE can always marry her for her to get her citizenship. I am not sure what the process for this involves.
