Drug addiction can leave permanent mental and physical damage. The other tends to leave your bank account dry but you may be able to recover. Can't restore brain cells.

Both drug addiction and gambling can drain pocketbooks, destroy families and leave one destitute. It depends upon the person and the severity of the addiction. For one person addiction to drugs is more devastating with longer lasting consequences. For another person addiction to gambling is more destructive to their life. Both are addictions and ruin lives. If you have a problem with either it is best to steer clear of both.

Worst Which Argument An

I can live with that but my main point was that gambling does not specifically destroy your brain. You may have after effects of the family, work, loss of money, but physically you don't have to become a zombie.
