For a second consecutive year, parent activists are calling attention to a pattern of accounting problems in the use of student funds at some Montgomery County high schools.

Funds Misspent Show Parents Obtained Audits

I think I would be a little upset if my kids school was misspending like that. To show it two years in a row means that some people in the offices should be let go and possibly charged with fraud or embezzlement.

I know that my kids school has a book fee that we pay but it has not changed for the past four years.
