LONDON, England: Meg Munn, Minister for Overseas Territories at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) has been replaced by Gillian Merron in a recent ministerial reshuffle by British Prime Minister Gordon Brown. Merron’s responsibilities include the British overseas territories and the Caribbean.
