Commentary: Guyana's 92-year-old divorce laws to be revised - but there should be no 'no fault' divorce

At long last, steps are being taken by the Guyana Government to amend the Matrimonial Causes Act (divorce law), which was enacted on December 30, 1916 -- nearly 92 years ago. At the time when the law was introduced women were considered to be inferior to men.
