Has anyone ever studied the Albanian blood feud principles from the book called the 'Kanun"? It is almost like an Old Testament style eye for an eye and vengeance upon you and your posterity for criminal acts. Albania seems to be looking for 1st world status, but they have some very interesting thoughts on justice.
