Obama: Conservatives are the 'enemy'

Not only has the President called people who disagree with him 'the enemy' he also added that they must be 'punished' for their behavior. Has a president ever done that before? Declaring that American citizens are the enemy? Glenn plays the amazing and disturbing audio along with other statements made by the President - conservatives need to 'sit in the back seat' while he's driving the car. Not exactly 'uniting' rhetoric. Ref. Source 4

I really don't like any president hitting the campaign trail. As president, they represent the country...all the country. They can vote and push agendas as they see fit, but using tax payer dollars to buzz around the country while there are serious issues at hand seems neglectful.

Glen is correct in pointing out a campaign pledge of being a uniter and not really touched as much be the civil rights movment when hearing things like "punish the enemy" and "sit at the back of the bus". These are inflamatory remarks and were designed to do so. I respect the office, but am having a lot of trouble respecting this...

The thing that I really dread is that this is just a preview. While I really don't think that Obama looks at this mid term election as a barometer for his agenda, I do get a glimpse of what is about to happen 2 years from now when he cannot hide from it. This guy has never run for re-election. He has never really had his promises held before him and measured against them and the results of them...that will change. My opinion is that he handles criticism extremely poorly and will be more than willing to be a divider for his election, if the mid terms are any indication.

Obama to Stewart: we've put a structure in place

Just like Glenn said on TV last night, every time Obama goes off prompter he reveals his true self. While defending against Stewart's claim that the health care bill was too timid, Obama confirmed everything Glenn has said about how once progressives get in the door they just keep expanding. Ref. Leftist radical Piven: Obama is doing things under the radar

Despite policies that clearly demonstrate the current administration's thirst for increasing the size and control of government, critics of Glenn constantly berate him for making accusations of communism and socialism. How do those critics explain THESE damming comments coming from Frances Fox Piven (of Cloward & Piven fame) and from the Vice Chairman of Communist Party USA Jarvis Tyner? Ref. Source 3

Obama Heckled again

Obama was heckled again while on the campaign trail - this time it was a group of AIDS activists giving him grief. Obama then wrongfully explains that 'the other side' doesn't want to fund AIDS. Obama's AIDS funding just happens to be a continuation of the unprecedented AIDS funding from: George W. Bush. Glenn has more on radio today. Ref. Source 3

His next move seems to be rationalizing that a potentially historical shift in the House and Senate bears no reflection on his peformance nor agenda. Good luck with that...
