Give it another 10 years though, and I think we'll all have seen changes.
There are numerous black and Asian councillors, so I think that it's only a matter of time.

I'm guessing 10 years ago, most people would have said this wouldn't be so in the USA either.

The Uk is becoming more and more multicultural, and with that will come changes.
