A Takoma Park man was ordered held without bond today in the slaying of a 14-year-old honor student aboard a Montgomery County transit bus. A prosecutor argued that the defendant's status as an alleged gang member and illegal immigrant made him a flight risk.
Slaying Bus Md Bond Held Ordered Man
I agree with the decision. Keep him locked up in jail until trial. Find him guilty and then shoot him to death as punishment. If he is deported he will just come back and do it all over again. HE does not deserve to be put in prison to earn a free ride on taxpayer money.
