From all reports I think we make secrecy and security look like a joke.

I am sure they are concerned as they have some majorly careless people working for them and I am sure some one will have to answer for this. We may never hear about it but I am sure someone will. Who knows maybe it was done on purpose hoping the info would be found by the press or some other party.

I agree with thinktank that our Government is looking foolish at the moment, and not just through this leak. There have been several government highly confidential paperwork, disks, briefcases etc lost in the last year alone.
It's making me wonder whether it's a conspiracy to expose security loopholes.

DianeC you might be on the right track as I do not see how any one could be that careless, with such and important document. I must ask has anyone been fired or such due to these careless actions?
