This marriage should have been annulled on something else, such as that part of their fundamental trust with each other had been destroyed.
It seems strange that they are having to remain married even though they both wish not to be.

I agree it should have remained annuled but over something else besides her lying about being a virgin. Seems that the courts have given this couple an excuse to beat on each other.
