When police found Mazhar Nazir shot to death inside his taxi in the Tysons Corner area Nov. 2, he was sitting in the driver's seat with his shoulder and lap seat belts fastened, a Fairfax County prosecutor said today.

That is what makes being a cop soo easy. Seeing right through the cooked up story. I am glad that many of the criminals are not very smart.
