I would not use it as a mouth wash. I know if you want to stay away from some the alcohol based mouthwashes there are some on the market that are alcohol free. I tend to use them.

So I learned something today. I didn't know you could use hydrogen peroxide as a mouthwash. What I did know is they make excellent water purification tablets.

I guess there are many uses for Hydrogen peroxide. I did not know it could be used to purify water. I am happy that it can help others with clean safe water.
