It wasn't that long ago when Trent Edwards was reminding anyone who cared to listen about not getting too carried away with the Buffalo Bills' hot start because there was still a lot left to the season. The second-year quarterback was speaking from experience following his days at Stanford, when the Cardinal would raise hopes with a few early season wins before falling apart.

He seems to be a nice young man but as a quarter back I do not look to him to be a choice for any of my drafts. I do not believe he has what it takes to be one of the great NFL quarter backs.
