A 17-year-old South Riding teenager entered a plea today in Loudoun County juvenile court after he and another teenager were charged with dumping a friend's body in an elementary school parking lot.

Man that is sad they thought he had just passed out and left him to sleep it off. They are dumb average kids out drinking with no real experience in what booze does to a person. Especially over proof liquor, sounds like they just panics knew they were drunk and to get caught was bad then when their friend died total panic.
This is just sad that they are more concerned with partying then ensuring a friend is ok.
