By having a boss that puts undue pressure on you, you can in turn become very stressed, leading to all sorts of health problems being brought on.

Bad Bosses May Damage Your Heart History & Civil Business Politics

I can understand this. I have worked for some bad bosses and the stress level from all the employees was unreal. I tried to not let it get to me but in the end it does. I am just glad I was able to quit that job and find a much happier one.
