SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico: Outgoing House Speaker José Aponte on Tuesday said that all contracts the Puerto Rico government has with the law firms working on Governor Aníbal Acevedo Vilá’s federal case need to be audited. Governor-elect Luis Fortuño said that he plans to cancel all such contracts.
