More Not Life Food Free

If the business was bought and being ran under the same name (business) then old debts and contracts should be honored. How ever if they are opening under a new business and name then all contracts are void.

I agree that if the restaurant need to honor it if they are working under the same name and policy. If not then they do not have to honor it all.
