NASSAU, Bahamas (BIS): The Bahamas and Haiti signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the waiver of visas for holders of diplomatic and official passports on Wednesday. Minister of Foreign Affairs Brent Symonette signed on behalf of the Bahamas and Ambassador Louis Harold Joseph on behalf of Haiti.
