Crackdown on 'souped-up pedicabs'

Police arrest 27 pedicab drivers after claims their vehicles have been modified to make them go faster.

I am glad they are cracking down on some of these pedicabs. If you are going to operate a pedicab then you should do so by only using your legs to power the cab.
