Egyptian people seem anxious for him to step down now but what of this reflects the thinking of the whole of Egypt? Sometimes its just a few gathering in a storm that makes it look as if all of Egypt is thinking the same when it is only the minority.

Not likely, he intends to be tough about his position of not going for reelection and all of the people gathered in the streets of Egypt was awaiting his resignation - slap in the face that will not likely turn out to be good.
