I have had strep throat and if she had it after two days with no treatment she would have been flat on her back. I will admit it was one of the more nastey creatures I have endured. If you have ever had it you would never mistaken it for a typical viral sore throat there is no comparison.
It also sets in fast and is most contagious in the first two days.
